Not at all satisfied. Shower floor squeaks like you walking on a wood floor. They came twice and it’s worse now than it has been!

The tub turned out to be amazing, however the technician didn't do a very good job of cleaning up.

Professional Service
Very positive experience from beginning to end. Our remodel was a conversion from a walk-in shower to a tub with a shower, so we had a short custom made tub. They were good to listen to what we wanted, like using the leftover width to make a tub-length shelf between the tub and the wall and to get a deeper tub. The installer was on-time and was easy to talk to. He was good to explain what he was doing and asked where I wanted things positioned. His plumbers arrived on time and they were careful to make as little mess as possible even when running the jackhammer. The installation was completed in a timely manner and looks great. My wife and I are very happy with the people and the remodel.

The worker showed up on time and did his job well! Kept us informed on everything he done to our bathroom. Cleaned up and disposed the trash properly. Had his contractors there in time when it was ready to be fixed. Showed us how to work our shower right. Completed on time as promised! We love our new remodeled bathroom! Thank you!
