I'm very pleased with both our bathrooms Ryan did a great job, not only on the work but keeping us informed on the schedule. He was knowledgeable and friendly and took care of us throughout. If we ever need more work done we would want him again.
One day magic!
Amazing to watch the magic unfold in your bathroom!! Our goal was a walk-in bath tub, but our doorways are too narrow! Next best option, a huge shower with bench seating! Ripping out the old dated jacuzzi bathtub sounded like a therapy session!!! But gone in a flash. What a clean sight to see, fresh floor to ceiling walls, rainfall shower head, wall mount shower with two holders and a faucet to fill a soaking foot pan when needed. Absolutely gorgeous and extremely easy to clean! Did I mention working around a window? It looks fabulous! Oh, and tons of shelves. Just pure perfection all around. Our installer was the awesome and the kindest hard working gentleman. The plumber was quick and efficient. The sweet ladies in the office found answers to all of our questions. The most impressive part, the owner’s themselves took part on site to set the design. These folks are A+ all around!! Highly recommend for a perfect outcome!!

Excellent customer service and communication to start. Steven did a fabulous job; polite, careful, informative and professional. Even with an unforseen problem, he went the extra mile and worked through it even though it caused extra work and time. I am extremely grateful to owners of Luxury Bath in offering a tub-to-shower conversion at the VA rate. Very, very, very happy with roomy, gorgeous, new shower that's handicap accessible. very professional install and personal service while doing job went above & beyond what I expected. explained every aspect of job and was very customer friendly. explained ideas on keeping Shower looking good. explained warranty and assurance of if anything goes wrong company will follow through. would definitely recommend them for any remodel or installation. thank you

Tub to shower
I had an awesome experience with Ryan and Stephen. They did a wonderful job. They were very polite. They were very clean and thorough. Never a time did I walk into the bathroom to see what they were doing and how the job was going was there a mess. They clean as they went along. They did an awesome job of explaining what they were doing why they were doing it. They went over all the paperwork with me before and after. I now have a shower to use and feel safe. I can’t thank them enough for the wonderful job that they did. They were outstanding. Thank you so much. I recommend these two gentlemen 1000%. You will be so happy for them to do the work for you

Nice clean roomy shower
I am very pleased with the shower and enjoy it very much. The sales representative was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The installation went pretty well, he had a few problems with my old crooked house but he remedied the issue And it looks great! Had a slight problem with the caulking and I called about it and the installation guy came back on his day off to fix it! Super nice people. Thank you all for your service!
