Very disappointed. The installer did not have all necessary components to complete the installation. The installer didn’t have the faucet for the tub/ shower conversion. He purchased a faucet locally. However, after waiting 24 hours for new installation materials dry, we turned the water on and the water leaks from the faucet.

Tub to Shower conversion

In August of 2021 we won the Luxury Bath auction donated to the North Texas Rehab Center yearly auction. My understanding is Luxury Bath donates this package each year as they are a huge supporter of the center. After notifying them of our winning bid an appointment was set up to review our change and the rest is history. Work was done in a timely manner and exceeded our expectations. We are extremely happy with our conversion and grateful to Luxury Bath. Many thanks to Clint, Paula and Gus for the work they each did towards our conversion. Clint for the initial review, Paula for keeping us informed and Gus for the install. Respectfully, Sid and Cheryl Mason

Gus was very nice and did a very good job. Shower looks very nice and should last a long time.

Everyone at Luxury Bath was very friendly and professional. Kept us informed about schedule. Gus was awesome and worked quickly to get the job done. Everything Gus did turned out absolutely perfect! We will recommend to our friends for sure. We LOVE our new bathroom.

5 Star Company

We have absolutely nothing bad to say about our experience with Luxury Bath. The skilled Technicians that did our work; were polite, considerent of our needs, and did excellent work. Gus and Leonard were exceptional, and the young man that did the flooring was another excellent example of good work. Our only complaint, was with the City Inspector not showing up; when they said they would. This delayed the completion by 2 days! That was not Luxury Baths fault!

I love our new shower. And top for the vanity Brandon did outstanding work. He did it in one day. Like they say Thank you !!!!!!!!!!

It was neat & clean. The whole experience was fascinating in the fact that Brandon cleaned up fast; worked diligently & knew each & every step that he had to accomplish. He’s tops in his field. Thank you for picking him to do the job!
