Ten Years Later

After ten years we were finally able to afford a new bath. Steven was the best, pleasant, good with dogs.

Top Shelf

The quality of service has been top shelf from the time the salesman came into our house til the moment our service man left. Professional, courteous, punctual, knowledgeable, cleanliness, there’s not enough superlatives for all of the workers and workmanship that went into our full bathroom remodel.

We recently had a shower install which was done by techs that knew their business, explained it out, and wonderful quality of product. Definitely recommend getting your construction needs done here

Sales rep. needs to offer add on sales. We would have purchased more if the service would have been offered at the time of sale. Pleased with shower, counter and toilet install. Would not recommend purchasing flooring from Luxury Bath. Flooring and install very disappointing. Have to give a shout out to Steven the installer on everything except flooring. He was great to work with.

Installer was wonderful. Took great care to meet my parents needs at every possibility. Friendly and kind. Completed when said he would. Would definitely use again.

Bathroom

I absolutely love my new shower, vanity countertop, flooring, everything is beautiful. It was an excellent job done. We will definitely be using you again when we get ready to do the other bathroom. Highly recommend you.

Very disappointed. The installer did not have all necessary components to complete the installation. The installer didn’t have the faucet for the tub/ shower conversion. He purchased a faucet locally. However, after waiting 24 hours for new installation materials dry, we turned the water on and the water leaks from the faucet.

Tub to Shower conversion

In August of 2021 we won the Luxury Bath auction donated to the North Texas Rehab Center yearly auction. My understanding is Luxury Bath donates this package each year as they are a huge supporter of the center. After notifying them of our winning bid an appointment was set up to review our change and the rest is history. Work was done in a timely manner and exceeded our expectations. We are extremely happy with our conversion and grateful to Luxury Bath. Many thanks to Clint, Paula and Gus for the work they each did towards our conversion.
