Ryan the installer was informative, down to earth, and kept me apprised of each step of the process start to finish. He was also a good listener. Very satisfied with Luxury Bath install and quality of product.
Sales experience
Bill came to our house to help us select a tub to tub conversion in our guest bathroom. We asked him not to give us a same-day price, because I always feel pressured and I always say no if I can’t get the same price tomorrow as I can today. He respected my wishes. We ultimately signed paperwork today for our bathroom remodel. It was a simple, professional, respectful, easy process. The price he gave us beat all of the competitors as well.
shower conversion
We have been putting off getting the tub to shower revision due to the fact it would be more than we could afford. Bill Gourley came today and ask what we wanted and presented us with the price. He did not try to sell us more than we ask for but also was sure we knew what we would be getting. To my surprise, the price was not as high as we expected it to be. We signed a contract and now await to have a new and better accessible bathroom. Give them a chance. You won't be disappointed!
shower conversion
We had been putting off the tub to shower conversion because we thought it would be out of our reach, price wise. Bill Gorley came today and presented us with a design we liked and then we were braced for the financial aspect. To our surprise the total job came in less than I was prepared for. We signed the contract and now await installation day. We were not high pressured, and he made sure all my questions were answered. He did not try to sell us more than we asked for. Everything was perfect from the minute he walked in the door until he walked out.

The installation was completed in an efficient manner by a friendly installer.

Bill Gorley presented all the benefits to convert our bath to walkin shower. We are very pleased with the price and the timeliness of the project. We are very happy that we will have a maintenance free shower.
Ryan’s review
Ryan arrived this morning at about 7:45 and started immediately on the shower conversion. He was done around 5:30. We are very satisfied with the install and think he did a good job on everything. He was courteous and explained everything well. I’m glad we chose Luxury Bath for this iob and will keep you in mind for any further remodels of this kind.
Tub to shower conversion
Ryan and Rickey came out to my parents house today to take a a tub and put in a walk-in show for my mom who is about to have knee replacement surgery. They did an excellent job, they arrived at 10am a was pulling out of the drive way a 5pm. They were very informative and told me the proper way to clean the shower and the end result was absolutely amazing I feel in love with the shower. Now I need them to come out and replace my shower so it will look as beautiful as my moms shower. I will definitely recommend Luxury Bath Texoma to all of my friends and family my mother is 100% satisfied.
